Melissa Suzanne George from Australia is an Australian actress as well as an inventor and businessperson. When she began her career in her native country she eventually moved to Hollywood and has found significant successes at the top of her game. An alumnus of the city of Perth George began her journey in dancing and artistic roller skating. In 1992, she began modeling while still young and in the teens. She was selected as the Western Australian teenager Model of the year in the year 1992. She made her screen debut next year, in an episode on Seven Network's soap-opera Home and Away. Following her first appearance on the big screen in Dark City's mystery thriller, she appeared in various secondary parts in Alias The Limey, Down with Love and many other films prior to her first appearance as a female leading lady in mainstream Hollywood in 2005 remake The Amityville Horror. At present she is one of the sought-after Australian expatriates in the American entertainment industry. In her capacity as an entrepreneur, George is introducing her own innovation Style Snaps into the market.
